Suggested Use and Serving Size:
Take 1-3 times daily (or as needed)
All bodies vary; and being that hemp isn’t dangerous in any dose, it is up to you to determine the exact amount of hemp that works best.

If you are new to hemp, It is suggested to begin with 2 dropper fills per day - allowing 7-10 days before determining to increase your dosage. For animals, it depends on the size, try beginning with one dropperful per day and watch how that works and increase from there!
