Suggested Use and Serving Size:
Take 1-2 times daily or as needed - as there is limited research in regards to hemp dosages and all bodies vary, it is up to you to determine the exact dosage of hemp that works for you. You cannot take too much! No dose is dangerous.

If you are new to hemp, It is suggested to begin with 20mg per day (40mg if using the 1,200mg option) allowing 7-10 days before determining to increase your dosage.
